The Task

The project was to build a B2B e-commerce portal for Casama’s customers. The plan was to reduce the cost and errors in placing orders over the phone or email whilst making ordering easier for customers.

The Solution

Most business to business buying platforms are built on top of ERP systems usually have less than ideal user experience. The solution we determined was to take traditional e-commerce principles and apply them to a new style of B2B platform that focused on user experience and design.
